Our only complaint was our room was VERY dirty (to be fair, our travelling companion stayed in a separate room and it was clean). Everything exceeded our expectations. Staff service was impeccable, onsen was awesome, dinner served was delicious with lots of thoughts in preparing the table with your name and serving the food with such beautiful plating. Room facing the Shizugawa Bay was awesome with seagulls visiting the balcony. You can practically see sunrise from the room. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Toiletries was great.
