Great place, I had a beach villa, it was very clean, staff friendly, especially Mery, gorgeous beach and clean water, very good and complex breakfast, we had a party on the beach on Christmas Eve, so we spent a magical Christmas; I was dissapointed by one staff, who gave me some wrong information about one event, but overr all, it was AMAZING

Good points Some staff we friendly Food was good Rooms were nice Bad points Wifi is absolutely disgusting. It is the slowest thing i have experienced. It cannot hack two devices in the same room, the more people around you, the slower it gets. And this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel with good facilities. It got to a point i could not do anything on my phone! The service from the waiters are quite slow. For example, if i request something over the room telephone, or ask a member of staff for a certain item/food, i will have to wait for at-least 10-15 minutes. The sand on path to the hotel room can get quite annoying. There should have been an alternative route for users who do not want to get dirty. E.g. another route with complete decking. (Also my wife had an infection on her leg and foot, this made it worse) The room/house keeping were not on point. All they do is fix up the bed and pillows. They do not change up the duvet/bedsheets. And they do not touch anything in the bathroom. My wife had an infection on her leg, the were blood marks here and there on the bedsheets/duvets which is clearly visible but they do bother to change them. It got to the 6th day for me to request this.
