We loved our stay at the Resort. We went for just a mini vacation to relax and snorkel. The 7 minute walk down from the ferry dock is not difficult as it is similar to a sidewalk, so easy to pull a wheeled suitcase. Just walk to the end of the dock, turn left and it's on the main path. Well labelled and easy to find. The whole staff at Tioman Dive are so friendly, and when you went into your immaculate room with the air conditioning already on; it was just perfect. It's the little details that we love so much. Love the hammocks. The snorkel equipment to rent was the cheapest on the island and in the water directly in front of reception is an amazing reef. We saw a reef shark, lots of different kinds of coral and fishes. It was wonderful. The bar and surrounding restaurants had excellent food. We explored and walked down to the pizza place and it was fabulous. The staff even directed us towards another place when we inquired about kayak rentals at sunset. The wifi in the room was our only negative. The booking said there was Wi-Fi in the rooms but it's very spotty. Even our cellular service kept dropping. To have consistent connection you'd have to go down towards the lobby. Not ideal when you are responding to emails or have two teenagers in tow but we survived ;).

The place was perfect for our family stay. The place was quiet and relaxing. Sri Sentosa was set in a beautiful peaceful cove. It felt local and not touristy at all. We had the beach to ourselves. Rooms had everything we needed and so close to the beach. Swimming at the beach was fun and safe for the kids. Our host Zhafery was the best and helped make our stay absolutely brilliant. The locals were friendly and welcoming and the restaurants were good.

We love Tioman Island! the food at the restaurant was one of the best we had in Asia 😍 we loved everything about our stay, also the snorkeling tour!! However, do yourself a favor and don’t book the budget room without AC - thank me later.

Such a peaceful place to enjoy a break away from the crowd. It’s the last hotel of Juara and most charming one. The staff was so kind and always eager to help. Food is great, juices are a bliss! Rooms also and very cleaned! Maintenance staff working everyday to keep the garden nice and charming.

Waking up to the view of the ocean! It was an absolute pleasure to the eyes. The reception was kind enough to arrange for a boat transfer to the resort when we arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Wifi connection was good. You get to drink “Mountain Water” Prior to arrival, the reception responded to all our inquiries in timely manner. Pictures are true to the listing.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Beach Shack! We stayed there for 9 nights and we would have stayed a lot longer! We initally booked the A-Frame, but then changed to the chalet directly on the beach because it was bigger and the view was insaaaane an definitely worth the extra money. Best about Beach Shack is their staff – they were always so nice and friendly and helped us with taxi service, hiking tour etc. Also, make sure to go diving at Scuba Dive Academy which is located within the Beach Shack Area. My friend and I did the Open Water Diver Course and we can recommend it 100%! So, if your looking for a place to stay in Tioman - don’t google any further and book your beach chalet at Beach Shack!

So many restaurants. Chinese, Thai, Korean etc. Lunch buffets. Snacks and ice cream stalls. Great snorkelling trips from hotel packages. Book Cataferry boat ferry for a luxurious sail into Tioman Island. Hotel staff even helped to remind me of my ferry departure and get prepared 15mins before returning. No heart to leave at all.
