This place is perfect for people who value nature and activities over spacious accommodation. Sauna, boat, fishing, barbecue - all that want just great (the host provided firewood). The house is visible at the photos, low ceilings upstairs and all that - but the AC system did the heating, and there's a wooden stove in the house as well. Some doors look old, but the bathroom is renewed and everything is nice over there. We paid for the bed linen and were very happy with it.

The location is amazing, calm and meditative. We loved the space around the house as well as the entire area. The host was super nice, we even got some traditional cookies.

The house, clean, modern and at the same time romantic, has all that is needed to have a fantastic time, no matter with which weather. If rainy, then it is cosy and “mysig”. If you want to enjoy the nature, then taking just a few steps in the wood behind the house you can find blueberries, raspberries, mushrooms and with some luck see deers and perhaps even a moose. Nice hikes through the woods can lead you to the nearby lakes. In the small towns within a few kilometres you can experience “lagom”. All in all, definitely an awesome place we would for sure want to visit again.

We stayed two small kids and two adults for two nights to get closer to Astrid Lindgren’s World and found everything we needed here. Sure, the bathroom is separate, but it’s close and private. We cooked one night and made big breakfasts in the small kitchen, no problems at all. Small playground was great. Comfy bed and safe bunk beds

It was a beautiful and pleasant house. The owner was very respectful and kind. Complete kitchen equipment, suitable house temperature, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot bath water and everywhere in the house was very clean. If I want to travel to that area again, I will definitely choose this house again.
