Borlänge is a nice town with well developed and "cosy" city center with a lot of shops and services. Everything is tidy and well organised, good public transport, good parking areas and some nice attractions. If you as passing by stop-over and enjoy Borlänge

Borlange isn't the prettiest place in Sweden with something...
Borlange isn't the prettiest place in Sweden with something of 1960's East Germany aboiut the architecture - Falun up the road is a better choice if you are there for pleasure. That said there are plenty of restaurants and local amenities / shops.
The cottage for 4+2 was cozy and it had everything we needed for a family of 4- a bed for each of us (2 bunk beds) a bathroom with toilet and shower with a door, stove top, microwave, coffee maker and a porch! It was an easy 20 mins to the Romme Alpin ski resort. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and the local mall. For our own comfort we brought bedding including blankets and pillows. The property provides duvets and pillows for free and sheets/linens for the beds at a cost.
Nothing. The room had broken glass on the floor and I stepped on it and then I fell getting out of the shower because there was a hole in the shower divider and I fell and hurt my bottom. I left after the first night and would like a refund.
Great location right in the center of Borlange - a message after booking gives extra info to find it easily. Big kitchen space, clean practical rooms. Room linen is provided. The hotel helped me leave my luggage before check-in time.
Far exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel in Borlänge, matching or exceeding 4 star options in Stockholm.
Spacious room, lovely restaurant, excellent breakfast, multiple entertainment options. Will absolutely stay here again!
Good breakfast with a lot of choices, especially the waffles. The hotel is very close to the centrum and easy to find good restaurants. Also the free parking and lots of parking place make the hotel more attractive.
They were accommodating at check in to give us a quiet room - there was a hard rock concert planned that night in the restaurant. Quite odd for a hotel to be honest.
Nice staff, helpful with late checkin, electric car charging. Breakfast alright, bit repetitive after a few days. Short drive to Romme Alpin and Borlange town.
