The property is beautifully maintained and surrounding grounds and golf course excellent. The sauna and swim in in the sea was wonderful and refreshing. The restaurant dinner and breakfast were superb. Special mention to Leon for being a wonderful staff member!

Athough booking.com accepted our reservation, we found on arrival that the cottage was closed for the winter. We called Sandra, the owner, who was surprised to hear that the booking had gone through the system. Despite being out of town, she contacted her husband, who called us back immediately to arrange alternative accommodation. Mike directed us to their Brukets Marina Guest House. We're grateful to Mike and Sandra for their flexibility and openness, and we're pleased to have found a great base in the area for further hiking in the future! Spacious, clean, 5 mins walk to the seafront, good value for money, with friendly hosts: what's not to like?! We'll come again. Phil and Ula

The surroundings are perfect, all peace and quiet in the Swedish mountains and forest. You can swim in the Bråviken bay for a very refreshing dip. Kolmården Zoo is also a nice option for a day trip, only 3km away from camping site. The Four-bed rooms used a shared bathhouse, which is close by. Although sometimes busy, they are kept clean well. Food can be arranged at the campingstore, where bread is baked every day. Or you can get dinner at the Bistro. If needed, Cooking appliances are available in the room. Ideal for the solo traveler.
