We were stopping over in Stockholm area just for a night and then continuing on. This hotel was a good value for money. The beds are comfy, rooms are warm, staff is friendly and breakfast was fine. We got what we wanted.

The only good thing to say is that Hagop the night receptionist on Saturday night (10/02/24) is the only real asset that the hotel has. He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. He deserves a pay rise. I would suggest they use him to train the other staff on what hospitality and great customer care and service means.

Our family room was very large, the beds were very comfortable. They even provided a baby bottle warm for my little one which I thought was very thoughtful of them.
The breakfast had a different options even my fussy eaters found what they loved to eat.

Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Very clean and very friendly staff always there to help with anything we wanted. As a British family that enjoys our cups of teas, hot water , milk, English breakfast tea bags were always available any time of the day for the quick cuppa. The bar doesn’t close till late so we were able to get that glass of wine or that beer to wind down the evening after a busy walk about in the city. The hotel is within close proximity to the local town centre Kista which made it easy to pop out for a dinner meal at the local restaurants. It was only a few stops on the metro to Stockholm city centre which was so great. Our room was fabulous, comfortable beds, very spacious and with a great shower. I so highly recommend the hotel to anyone or family looking to having a fantastic holiday in Sweden.
