A lovely city in a beautiful setting.
A lovely city in a beautiful setting. We were only passing by and having a one night stop here on the way to the family but could have stayed at least a day longer. Charming buildings, easy town, beautiful setting near the water, beach, walking paths, camping grounds, and enough many shops close by for every taste. Close to, or on the way to several other interesting cities and ways toward Europe or northern Sweden.

This is a small Town, and it was a short stay. But if you like a quiet stay and a Swedish feel, it may be right up your alley. I have the feeling that this is a commuter Town to Gothenbourg, and that may be enough for you. But really, there not too much do or to see here.GeirNorway

A welcoming staff, nice rooms and different places to sit down for a drink or just relax. The restaurant, that was reopened, was really good. The breakfast couldn't be better. Good selection for breakfast. Felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel. Although the hotel restaurant is not open for dinner during the summer there were plenty of restaurants very close by.
