Brand new building. Everything is very fresh, if perhaps not perfectly thought through construction wise. Pools are great, the gym has new equipment. Breakfast was very good - perhaps lack of proper bread, but this is Thailand. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and our room were very nice and clean, it has a beautiful garden, the vibes and the atmospheres are really good. The swimming pool and the area around it is also calm and chill. The staff was very very kind and helpful. We could use the gym across the street, which was good equipped. The hotel is close to the night market and 7-11.
