The rooms were dirty, they changed my room once and there were a lot of ants in both rooms. They dont give out free toiletries - as it says on booking. Some of the staff are quite nice, but the other shift are just plainly rude. They dont clean room if you dont ask them to, theres no way to do that - only if you go to the reception. Sometimes they give you wifi for free, sometimes they tell you to pay for it - depending on the week. At most these apartments are 2 stars.

Hotel is situated in a great place to travel to the city centre and we chose to use the river taxi going in and usually had a taxi or Tuk Tuk back - the hotel is in an excellent location for any medical treatments or emergencies given its 2 minute or so proximity to Bangkok Hospital which has superb facilities which we had to use due to dental problems. The rooms here are simply excellent and with our we had access to the 18th floor, inclusive 2 piece laundry per day and access to the 18th floor which had guest services such as cocktails between 530 and 8pm, where you could also order meals from the restaurant kitchen which we did a few times and the quality was excellent. the gym facilities are also very good so provided an excellent start to the day prior to taking breakfast (included) in the downstairs restaurant where the choice of foods and fresh fruit drinks/teas/coffees were excellent. I especially enjoyed the poached eggs which were perfectly cooked and the choices included Western and Easter options - it was usually busy in the mornings here. One of our highlights was the excellent service orientation and attitudes from all staff from the car park entry, doormen, check, 18th Floor and room service staff - the highlight being the exemplary service leadership of one of the check-in/front desk managers called Bee - she was very special and made our stay excellent due to her attentive and supportive behaviours. A few pictures of the excellent staff are included in my review and as I said we have already booked for next year - which says it all in a city like Bangkok which has a very broad choice of hotels and budgets.

The staff are totally love people from reception right across the board cleaners security all very friendly helpful and accommodating in all ways possible, I stayed in both bigger and the smaller rooms both were perfect for a stay in Bangkok air conditioning was so good, it’s in a great location lots of food vendors and restaurant with a massive variety of dishes and cuisines, Big C and 7 11s all within a hop skip and jump never had to go far for anything I needed, travel to downtown was simple and cheap, via motorcycle taxi to Si kritha train to Hua mak and then transfer to airport line for a direct train ticket Phaya Thai, all for like 2usd . Love this place and the people
