A lovely chance to relax in beautiful quiet surroundings, in a hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The spa was a haven of peace and complemented the golf course setting. The restaurant staff were excellent and provided a variety of good local and European cuisine.

The location of the property was fantastic. The view was fantastic. Check in was easy and staff were incredibly accommodating throughout the check in process. Even though we turned up early our rooms were prioritised and we were able to get in within a short time frame. The spa had good deals in regards to their massages and were very professional. Pizza was great at the pool side restaurant.

So the experience was mixt. The first night we stayed in a room without windows that was dusty, the remote control sticky, so not that clean. We payed an upgrade and moved to a new room with windows and a big tub in the room, nice. The hotel is more than reasonable priced for the area. But was not that clean here and there. Nice and interesting design but some signs of wear and tear. The shower floor was not draining properly and a pool of water would stay after shower until the cleaning lady would manually drain it next day. Breakfast was ok, the best pink milk in Thailand.

The family that runs this hotel is really nice. The room is big enough to be comfortable for more than a short stay. Everything was clean. Location is central to the main road in Khao Lak, although a bit further to get to some of the beaches. This is a place to stay if you want a peaceful place to recharge on your Thailand travels.
