We didn't see any development of the common space and shopping and dining areas. the Islands Phuket gains a lot of money from tourism, yet very little goes back into the infrastructure of each town to make the experience more enjoyable. Sad to see that such a beautiful island and people are being passed over due to lack of proper infrastructure to support sustainable development.
The Kathu waterfall was an absolute disappointment. While the waterfall was there, the surrounding pathways, facilities, and upkeep were in terrible condition and trash was everywhere. Everything in the area of Kathu was long worn out and needs support to refresh and update of useful common space ( sidewalks , parking, and shops ) to make the experience of staying in kathu more enjoyable and sustainable. For example, had there been a clear, lighted sidewalk to shops and restaurants nearby, we would have enjoyed more local dining and shopping experiences with a short walk from our location. it seems an over population of motorbikes, and large taxis will prevent such development.
we loved the size of the hotel and rooms. the hotel is gorgeous. the pool is amazing! the layout is funky. the views were fantastic. hotel was quiet due to the season but we loved it as we felt we had the place to ourselves.
the staff were amazing and readily available.
there were free transfers to central Phuket shopping mall. Phuket old town, chillva market. all those places are a must see. Bao was a great driver taking us to all these places.
the staff at front desk: Jeah, Sa, Spy and also Bao were all very nice.
I like how there was a resturaunt attached to the hotel and I can come down and have a different range of food, from authentic Thai food to steak etc. I also liked the view from my balcony, I was able to see the pool and the beautiful stretch of land of the golf course with the beauty of real Thai nature in the background. My of my favourite areas was also the swing out the front.
We also had air-conditioning in the room. It was a large room with glass double doors that overlooked a beautiful scenery of nature.
Location,Location& Location. It’s a few steps away from the Kathu Waterfall. Really quiet place. I rented the smaller of the 4 bungalows still more than sufficient for 1 or max 2. Patong beach is about a 30 minute cab ride. Wifi is very good. I was using a VPN router and still speed was good.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable overlooking trees and a pond. Breakfast was a bit limited but very good with fresh coffee. We went to play golf at Loch Palm and Red Mountain and both courses were fabulous. Reduced green fees for hotel residents.
We stayed at the hotel because we wanted to golf. We were satisfied with the quality, services, and the beauty of the golf courses. We enjoyed golfing there as the hotel has the deal with 2 beautiful golf courses. We got the discount to play.
Great stay at this hotel. Very clean, quiet, great staff and great value for money. The rooms are of an older style but perfectly clean, functional and lots of space. I would recommend a lake view room for a nice view of the lake and pool.
Very clean hotel, located in a quiet location. There is a large supermarket nearby. There are bicycles and scooters for rent. And most importantly - a wonderful hostess who really cares that the guests are comfortable. Thank you very much!

Quiet place in kathu district. Easy to reach everything with the scooter which you can rent directly from the owner. Welcoming and caring staff. Came her for the second time and I think not the last
The hotel staff are nice, patient, and take care of any request or question
