The hotel is new, everything is very clean and professionally designed. The staff is great, very polite. Check in is early, from 7 AM, which is really good, since a lot of people come by night bus for work. The breakfast was good, and they even made early breakfast at my request, because I had to leave for work. I guess the location is not strictly central, but North Mitrovica is tiny, so everything is walking distance. There are stores, a pharmacy, a pastry shop right next to the hotel, and several food options two streets below.

MItrovica in general is a small town, not much to do.
MItrovica in general is a small town, not much to do. There are a few nice restaurants etc but i would not recommend it as a travel destinaition unless you have something to do there. Prisina is one hour away and i would choose that instead if youre going to visit Kosovo.
