“We stayed there with 2 kids (5 and 9 years old) for 3 nights and we had a great time. Location is simply perfect for a family with kids- quiet, with the beautiful view at Dachstein, but very close to the centre of Haus. It was good place to go on few hours trips in the area. Very friendly owners, good breakfast and a possibility to order a warm supper in the evening. Kids had lots of fun with various animals (small cats, horses, dogs), they could play with them and the daughter of the owners was showing them how to feed, clean them. They had a possibility to try riding horses as well. There is also plenty of place in the garden to play for kids, quiet walking paths for walking in the area as well. Kids were crying on the way back, that they want to stay forever there, so we will for sure come back to stay longer. Thanks a lot for everything Cordula and Michael! Slopes on Haus are less crowded than in Schladming and in better condition. When I will visit again Schladming, Sissi Park Haus will be our first choice.”

“we stayed here for 5 days at the coldest time of the year. Everything was perfect! Room is simple and quit small but very warm & cozy with a small balcony and a good closet. We loved the reach breakfest and enjoyed alot also the salad bar at dinner, just excellent and all home made. The owners were friendly and supplied everything we needed. the landscape around is just beautiful. “We were cycling along Ennsradweg and stopped in Haus for a day. The pension is very close to the gondola to Krummholzhutte. From the top we walked to Moaralmsee, then down to Stangl Alm and returned to Haus by taxi. Very nice walk. Both gondola and taxi were free with the summer card provided by pension Kitzer. Our room turned out to be a small holiday apartment with kitchen and big balkony. A restaurant was just across the road. Information centre in Haus was very helpful.”

“Really easy to get to by public transport-take the bus from Schladming (takes about 10 minutes)and get off at Schloss platz.Walk straight ahead,past the fire station and it is the first house on the right,opposite the bank. Breakfast was the usual continental with rolls,meat and cheese etc. Wi Fi(WLAN) worked really well and is free. No smoking in the house but my room on the first floor had a balcony with small table and chairs,so you can go out there.The landlady asks that you take outdoor shoes off at the front door to stop the salt getting trodden in to the carpet so you might want to bring slippers or indoor shoes. There is a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away.and the Hauser Kaibling ski lift is 10 to 15 minutes walk away with a large bar/restaurant at the top. On the Schloss platz is a really nice cafe/Konditorei where you can get cake,hot chocolate and beer amongst other things-it has a small menu with a couple of vegetarian options.Also you can smoke indoors. Altogether a really great place to stay-would definitely book again.”

Aldi is a couple villages down the road. The beds were wonderful. The bathroom was lovely: heated floor, well sized shower with great hot water pressure. We also loved the fresh bakery goods each morning. Thank you for a home away from home. Also a very short drive or cycle to the slopes in a wonderful tranquil location.”
