St Gilgen is a beautiful town and the apartment is in a lovely spot near the lake only a short walk from the town. We felt very much at home at Christa's and would highly recommend it!”

“We were on our summer vacation for four days and we have really enjoyed it. The house is located in quiet part of St. Gilgen next to the auto camp, we were worried, that noise will come from there but we were wrong. Camp was full of older people and they produced no noise at all. We were able to go sleep at 7:30pm with windows open. The whole area of Wolfgangsee is wonderfully quiet. The apartment is nicely equipped with modern look. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of it as it was on top level. It has a long L-type balcony with view at Schlafberg hill, auto camp and lake (lake is visible only a little), in general the view is excellent and we had all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners at balcony all the time. The kitchen is accordingly equipped with no objections (if you are Jamie Oliver, take olive oil, spices and herbs with you:) ). You are allowed to enter a private romantic beach where mown lawn and wooden benches are. Access to lake is really slight and the depth after 15 meters from shore is around 1 meter or less, so it is great for children. Bottom of the lake is covered with rounded stones. The owner and his family are nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
