“We got a great rate due to the season for a five night stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed a couple of breakfasts at the restaurant and Daniella looked after us extremely well with excellent service. Reception staff were very friendly. There is a great adult area with a plunge pool and quiet area which was very relaxing. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we experienced in Broome. Highly recommended.”

Upon arrival in Broome, we were phoned by Billi staff to apologise that our room would not be ready for another hour, due to house-cleaning issues. This was not a problem as we chose to have an early dinner and grab some groceries. Upon arrival at the Billi, we were amazed to find not only a chilled complimentary bottle of wine in our fridge, but we had also been given a free upgrade to a two-bedroom villa for the duration of our stay. Customer service above and beyond!! The gardens, grounds and villas are all immaculately kept, with every practical luxury provided, for a refreshing and relaxing stay. The airy, light-toned rooms and luxurious bedding were a beautiful compliment to the lush tropical surrounds. We particularly enjoyed sitting in our private alfresco area, with day lounge and weber bbq.”
