“This is a lovely property containing everything what you need in the house near the beach. Several levels, many rooms, two bathrooms, verandas-balconies, a lot of beautiful features. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view over the garden to the see. New shiny barbecue-bungalow in the garden ready for lovely meals with friends and family. New gazebo is ready for parties or just for quiet drink with your sole mate. Everything in the house and in the garden is either brand new or well looked after. A lot of different lights and water features in the garden make evenings even more delightful. Internet works well. Huge modern fridge is waiting for the food you bring with you. Do not forget to buy local produce on your way to this paradise! Only few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach where you could spend hours for strolling or whatever you like. House and garden are big, clean and very comfortable. You feel so welcomed here and so want to keep it perfect when you about to leave. So there is nothing wrong for you with following of few simple house rules aiming consistency in keeping of the house and garden neatness.
