The personnel (owners) doesn't speak English, but understands simple words and, if necessary, can connect with an English-speaking person to sort out a complex question. Anyhow, everything we asked for was provided without problems. The hotel was very kind to help us with overnight luggage storage while we were staying in the mountains. We will be happy to return.”
