“- Privately owned (German owners) recreational house in designated touristic area (urbanization) situated at a pedestrian path. - Modern, recently updated interior. - Excellent location near a protected dune area - it is 10 minutes walking (a very nice walk) to a clean and long sandy beach that stays sunny until sunset (no shadows cast by high buildings). The coast is child friendly, (not very steep) but you need to know where to go (some parts are rocky just under the water line). Also fishing friendly. - Terrace garden with fruit trees and afternoon sun. Has adjustable shades. - Very practical sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, another bed that can be converted into a double bed. Also the couch in the living room can be used as a double bed (not used). - Nice modern FullHD television with 2 HDMI inputs (we were prepared and brought our own media player and content for the kids) - Very welcoming, complete facilities available (towels, kitchen paper, garden furniture, kitchen supplies, electric water boiler, blender, juicer, modern ceramic stove). To our delight, there was even a washing machine. - Air conditioning available (not used) and smart ways to ventilate the house, e.g. at night (extra mosquito net front door that can be locked) - Generously sized shower and quite large electric water boiler (good for approx. 20 minutes of hot water at a time). - Swimming pool + restaurant and small supermarket nearby. - Nearby Torre La Mata (20 minute walk) has a nice boulevard with restaurants and kid's entertainment - 365 day shopping in Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive - good if you arrive on a Sunday. - We paid a very decent price (for such a well equipped and spacious coast location) during our Easter 2016 stay, which is somewhat justified by absence of internet access/wifi. - Excellent service and swift e-mail contact (prior and after) with English speaking Russian host.”
