“In a word, brilliant! The house is a gem, really quirky and beautifully set below the spectacular mountains. We loved sitting on the terrace watching the birds of prey circling around the mountain peaks. Its a perfect place if you just want peace and quiet and to enjoy nature. The house is convenient in that its on the edge of 2 National Parks so we took day trips into both Castril and Cazorla. Our highlight was the Castril Gorge walk, it was superb. The pizza bar in nearby Hinojares was excellent and we had some good evenings there. The tapas, which came free with every drink was a treat. The house is large and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms huge! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything seems quite new. We loved our time there and will definitely return to explore this fascinating area further.”
