“I have stayed here before but not in this apartment. The patio is absolutely wonderful and private. On chilly sunny days I was able to sit in the sun with shorts. Cute little birds visit the plants on the patio and you can see the top of the castle. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The internet is good, and I used it often. The room had an air conditioner/heater that works great. On nice days there are lots of windows so you get a great breeze through the apartment. This apartment even has an upper patio that has a great view of the town. I love the owners and they are always so helpful and nice. I have stayed here many times and never had any issues. I love the decor. It's clean and classic.”

“I highly recommend this apartment. The host was in contact with us to meet and showed us everything in the beautiful, colorful, charming, very clean apartment. The outside patio was nice to sit and relax in the sun and there is shade too. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and there were food, coffee, drinks and even oils to cook with and sugar. I always say if a hotel/ apartment is offering you a kitchen they should have these things so you can cook easier. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The pillows and bedding and sofa are so comfortable and clean. The sofa had a nice throw blanket. The heaters that we plugged in worked perfectly. There is also air conditioning. The area is so tranquil and was quiet. I like this area of Rota and close to walk to the beach or take a taxi or bus into the main Rota town for not much € or drive. I wish it was a heated pool open all year, but I am sure it is lovely in May when it opens. The price was amazing. The hostess was so kind and didn’t speak English but with google translate I’m sure you would have no problem. We spoke in Spanish”

“Such a cute, clean, modern place! Juan, the owner, was a very friendly man, was in constant communication with us via WhatsApp upon our approaching day of arrival. We got into town a couple of hours earlier than check-in, but Juan had his staff clean the room as quickly as possible and accommodated us with a nice warm cup of tea and an adorable covered sitting area, while we waited. There is also a nice, cute rooftop area with bistro tables and lounge chairs to soak in the sun. This place is an updated old building, in the heart of old town, making it a very unique, comfortable place, yet had a local vibe. The apartment itself was small, yet efficient. Everything was updated, clean and comfortable. There was some coffee and delicious chocolate cookies! A nice crib was also provided for the baby. Thank you Juanfran a truly wonderful experience!”

It is one of the few apartments I saw that shows both a view of the ocean as well as a panorama of the beach and the city building tops as well.
