“We had a great holiday in Syrou Lotus. Our host Iosif was very helpful and accommodating. He speaks limited English (and we speak no Greek!) but this is easily sorted using Google Translate. We didn't have a car and he very kindly offered to take us to a supermarket 3km away to stock up on supplies for the week. He also bought us some delicious homemade cake and eggs on other days. We were in the largest apartment and it was great for our family of 4. It has incredible views of the islands and is the perfect place to watch the sunsets or to enjoy the sun during the day. It's also in easy reach of two beaches plus the few local restaurants in the village on the water's edge. I certainly hope we'll be visiting again as we really liked the apartment and Kini was the perfect small, beach resort for us. Some people may require a car if they wish to explore the island but this wasn't a problem for us. It's easy to reach the port via either taxi or bus.”

“Spacious and cozy rooms and balcony. Exceptionally clean. The hospitality of the owners was warm and essential. We were provided with extra bed for our toddler and very goods tips for sightseeing, natural landscapes, and the upcoming events on the island. The property and the village of Kini are very convinient for families. Plenty of room, fully equiped kitchen, nice balcony and terrace. Kini is a tranquil village with sand beach and swallow waters, ideal for small children. And there are more beaches like that in 10 to 20 mins driving distance from Kini Still, the place is only 15 mins from the vibrant capital city of Syros, which combines European classical architecture with the Cyclades island natural landscapes. And of course all you need from stylish bars and restaurants till simple fish taverns.”

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the breakfast had a great mix of Greek specialties and more continental food. We were traveling with a 2-year old and it was great (there is a mini-refrigerator and a kettle in the room that help with preparing snacks for a child).”
