“This is a truly excellent apartment run by some truly excellent people. Dimitris is very friendly. He met us at the ferry port, showed us around the apartment then swiftly got out of our hair so we could relax after a long journey. Everything in the apartment is brand new and very comfortable. The shower is powerful, the A/C works well and the bed is everything you could wish for. There is a large terrace at the back with a couple of lounge chairs and beautiful views of the local harbour. We cooked breakfasts on the little stove with no problems. We had no problems with noise, etc. The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned spotless every day. I ran out of clean clothes towards the end of our stay and, after unsuccessfully looking for a laundry, asked the staff if they could wash them for me. They did this with a smile and refused to take any money for it! They also let us borrow a guide book with a huge list of walking tours around Alonnissos. It really felt like they went above and beyond. The location is great. It's really close to a bakery which does excellent baked goods and coffee. It's just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and pharmacy. It's maybe a ten minute walk to the main harbour from the apartment down what feels like a main street with loads of interesting shops and restaurants. There are also a couple of tavernas and a beach right down the hill from the apartment. 10/10 - couldn't recommend more!”
