“We stayed in the self catering chalet in the beautiful gardens of Rodeen B&B. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was spotless and fully equipped. We also had full access to the fabulous garden. There were lots of extra touches, the dvds, books and boardgames were especially handy to keep two children happy for a rainy afternoon. Misticat was our favourite! Philippe and Sophie, our hosts, are friendly and helpful, we got such a lovely welcome. Rodeen is a short drive from the town of Castletownbere which gives easy access to the more remote parts of Beara and Bere island is just a ferry trip away. This little slice of paradise gave us a welcome break from busy city living and we are looking forward to going again.”
