“What I really appreciated was the approach to the house. 200m from the top of the village, the track leads alongside a stream through an arch under an aqueduct into a clearing in front of the old water mill with 1 metre thick walls. Veronika and Roberto have spent the last year renovating the building and the apartment is cool; stylish contemporary and spacious with a great bed and everything working perfectly. In the morning we woke to find a huge breakfast had been prepared on the lawn. From the moment we were met in Borgomaro, we were totally spoilt for the couple a days spent there. Totally relaxed with plenty of laughs in the company of Veronika and Roberto in a bucolic haven of peace. It was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be back soon.”

“For people that enjoy spending a relaxed and quiet evening, in a breezy place, after a day at the beach, Borgomaro and this house are ideal. Located just 20 minutes away (by car) from Imperia and the nearest beaches, it is a romantic place with a terrace view of the mountains - where you can eat (at the 4-place table) or even rest on the sunbeds available, use the fully equipped kitchen or the small living room, if you want to read or work of just hang out. The house, most probably an antique peasant's house, has been renovated in good stile, even in the smallest details, giving you a sense of intimacy and freshness. Perfect for a small vacation in one or even two young couples. We also appreciated the very good response rate of the owner to our inquiries and the reception and check-out at the house. The place was clean and had all the confort we needed for our duration.”
