“We had a little bit of trouble actually finding the place (even with a taxi), there are no signs or street numbers, it´s the red building right behind the tennis court. Fortunately our host had promised us that we can store our luggage to the tennis club for the afternoon before checking in and we found the right person and got our keys. After that everything went very smoothly. The location is great, right in the middle of a quiet sports club area. The sound insulation is good, there is surprisingly little noise from the elevated Ligurian highway which is quite close (and also has sound barriers). The apartment is just renovated and in an excellent condition, there´s lots of room. The kitchen is one of the best we´ve seen, modern and well equipped (induction stove etc.) The walk to Celle old town and to the beach is under 10 minutes. Please check out the restaurant Mose (on the main road, 5 minutes walk towards the railroad station), it was one of nicest restaurant experiences we´ve had in Italy and very reasonably priced (cheaper than some beach bar/restaurants).”
