“Rita is a wonderful host who gives excellent service. She was so helpful and accommodating and went out of her way to be helpful. I arrived late and did not know where to park. We are not fluent in each other's language and google translate isn't helpful when talking on the phone. She had her friend call me to give me exact directions to a parking spot and she waited there for me. Lanciano has many sets of stairs and she pointed out landmarks to remember to get to her place. She took time to give me a tour of the town, recommended sites to see and places to eat. She also accompanied me to a beautiful beach. We talked a lot and had lots of laughs with google translate. I will definitely return to Lanciano and stay at Rita's place again.”
