“Absolutely everything was brilliant and we can’t thank enough our great host! We strongly recommend this property and certainly are coming back next summer. Location was simply superb: close to the beach yet in a friendly, quiet area. There is a large corner shop on a way to the beach, so you can buy daily refreshments and delicious Italian breads, fresh pesto, cheese, any drinks. An absolute asset of this property is a wonderful, spacious balcony with sun shades and lots of evergreen plants. Our room was equipped with modern, pristine clean bathroom. Air-conditioner, mini-fridge and electric kettle also made a great difference and made us feel at home during our entire holiday. Million thanks to Fabrizio for everything and particularly for helping out with booking us a taxi, so we didn’t miss our flight.”

“Marcello (Host) is very kind and helpful person. Apartament is on the last (5th) floor but building has elevator so there is no problem to get to it. Apartament is equipped with everything you need - starting from washing machine and washer on piano ending.. :) You can also lend a parking box from host to keep your car safe. For sure if I will next time be in Liguria I will stay in San Lorenzo (beautiful little town next to La Spezia, Lerici and Cinque Terra) and contact Marcello to see if his apartament is available. :)”

Also, it was nice surprise and kind gesture to have the kitchen stocked with coffee, some toasts and jam. Bathroom is modern, we had clean towels and basic cosmetics at our disposal. Alberto is the most friendly, open and helpful host, and stayed in touch prior and during our stay. He was flexible regarding our check-in hours (we had some issues at the airport and our arrival got massively delayed).”
