“Easy 5 min walk from the train station - which is serviced by numerous and afforable trains. Easy access to numerous walking trails and cable car. Room was clean and quiet, with bar fridge, tv, ensuite bathroom and gorgeous views from the balcony. The food, service and setting of the restaurant were wonderful and the buffet breakfast ticked all our boxes in style. The staff were incredibly helpful. Andreas is funny, welcoming and generous; offering us assistance and advice at every turn and had a contagious joie de vie! He also spoke exceptional English, German, Italian and French. We used the complementary bikes and had a gorgeous, easy afternoon ride to Meran/Merano, 15km away. The local pizzeria was well-priced, served food until 10pm every night, and had very welcoming staff who also spoke excellent English. Without a doubt, Hotel Sparerhof, with its exceptional service and surrounds, was worth every cent and served as a wonderful base for exploring the region. Can not speak highly enough of Andreas and his team!”
