“The staff were very kind and professional, one even gave us his number in case we needed any information about a hike we were doing the next day. The baths were all amazing, especially the outdoor one overlooking the waterfall. The food was lovely, the little onsen town has all you need for your stay and the room was tidy, spacious and comfortable.”
