“The room is very clean and quiet and they have lifts in the premise for heavy luggage! The staff speak good English and are efficient in their service. I asked for a child's yukata before I left for my evening walk right the stream. Though I had clean forgotten about it after my walk, the counter staff remembered it and passed it to me! The buffet dinner, though pricey, had a good spread and the food was really delicious! There is a direct bus (adjacent to the hotel) to start you on the Kurobe Alpine Route. Very convenient!”

“The whole experience was just great ,from being picked up from the bus stop ,experiencing amazing hospitality the staff were above and beyond with there approach and good fun tòo , we were in awe when we first opened the door to our Ryokan,just beautiful and the view of the mountains and snow capped peaks was wow ,I watched the sunrise over this view the next morning and it was beautiful. The Japanese dinner which was included is a memory we will treasure . We were also dropped back down to the bus stop the next day to begin our Alpine routr trip and Kurobe view forwarded our luggage to Toyama without a hitch ,If we wer so lucky we would love to return to this hotel and encourage others to go and experience the complete package ,hospitality plus. Oh and the breakfast was excellent too”

“We went there after the visited Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. The location of the hotel is far from the station but can easily access from Ogizawa and Shinano Omachi Station by bus. The environment near the hotel is lovely and the staff is really friendly. We stay in the Japanese style room, the room is clean and far bigger than we expected and they provide onsen bath. We have a comfortable stay at this hotel.”

“Everything! Mr. Ikuo Ota, General Manager was especially gracious and helpful. We had forgotten a pair of gloves on the public transport and he was able to contact the company and it was presented to us when we checked out the following day. The room had a private onsen tub with a fantastic view. The entire hotel is beautiful with an excellent onsen too! The breakfast and dinner was very good.”
