“The check in was easy. I arrived a day earlier than my reservation which was no problem getting a room. The staff was extremely friendly although they didn't speak much English which is expected in these smaller Puebla Magico towns in Mexico. That aside, I speak very little Spanish and had no difficulty getting a room a day earlier than my reservation or getting ice or food from the restaurant. Also, the hotel had a very lovely breakfast buffet type thing set up in the morning which was very good and the presentation was above what I experienced in Mexico City at the Hilton.”
