Gloria and Luis at reception were very welcoming and Gloria arranged for us taxi to a close cenote ( she recommended us Saamal cenote and it was great choice) and also arranged for us a taxi for the next day, which fetch us from the hotel in the morning and took us to Chichen itza and 2 cenotes close to Valladolid and drop us in Tulum in the evening. We had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend visiting Meson de Marque. It was the highlight of our trip in Mexico. I wish we stayed longer there”

On arrival they showed us around the hotel and explained the map of the town with great tips where to go for food, activities or shops. We came by car, the hotel has a private parking, but only 8 cars fit so sometimes we had to park in the street, which was not a problem, there was always a spot in the same street. Valladolid is very safe town therefore we were not worried to leave the car in the street. The hotel atmosphere is very relaxed, as well as the town's, a little bit magical. It has a great history and you can easily reach many destinations from there, such as Las Coloradas, Chichen-Itza, Izamal. Hotel is located in the center, within 2 in you reach the main square, 5 min walk to the bus station. The room was spacious and extremely clean, with a daily cleaning service. The bathroom was big and clean with hot water. Same as the whole hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated, making you feel like in a fairy tale. Definitely recommended for short or long stays.”
