“I traveled with my husband and my parents. We booked two rooms (top level). The rooms are very spacious, clean, all the amenities, even a hot tub which works great and double vanity. Everyone in the hotel is very nice and helpful. We loved the estuary and all the wildlife in the hotel. It was amazing!”

“Sleeping under 5 billion stars, waking up and having the best beach just in front of u . Xpu ha is a must here on the Rivièra Maya . It is my second time i visit mexiko But this time I dont have the feeling that I am just one of the 7000 tourist in a resort. I Really liked the service , the place is one of a kind. After 1 day the staff already called me by my name. Excellent location. Excellent beach. The best place to stay if u want to enjoy the beach & nature . The staff is Really helpfull aswell. The gave us a lot of info About the How to visit cenotes , tempels etc. The check in was very smoothly and we could stay a bit longer in our oom without Paying extra 8)8)8) . I would recommend xpu ha for everyone who wants to visit Mexico in a real way.”

“We stayed 5 mid week nights on Feb 2017 at Serenity park. Three adults in the really luxurius & large tent No 1. The price 160usd, including taxes, was half the "listed" price. The camp is very beautiful with a decorated swimming pool and well planned outdoor restaurant. Everything, public and private, was new and very well designed and maintained. And the stuff, yaah the stuff, was extremely friendly and helpfull. On their uniform they have a small logo saying "infinite hospitality". They actually mean it. All stuff spoke English and all seem to have been carefully selected. Dany was very kind and helped in any question we had, along with Pepe. Chulim served the dinners with so much energy and good will and so did Aci for breakfasts. Ceazar at the front desk used his own celular phone to call the US to help us resolve an issue. Serenity is also achieved by the amazing La Playa beach 300m from the room. Karibeean beach as in pictures and dreams. One of the best beaches, isolated to the right extent for us; enough people to feel joy and not crouded to feel squeezed.”
