“Room is as described and posted in their ad. They have one complimentary breakfast during our stay. They served us tapsilog (garlic fried rice with dried beef and egg) and it was okay. The beef was a bit hard to chew but it was tasty. Even if the place is at the center of the city, it is still quiet and very peaceful at night. The location is near stores, eateries/canteens, Church, pharmacy and a lot more. Everything is a few minutes walk away from the property. We also met Dante who is very helpful and courteous. He even offered to take my parents (one is a senior citizen) to the restaurant we want to dine in in an ivatan tricycle even it was just a 10-15 minute walk away.”

“What I love about Horlina Homestay is the safety, freedom, the silence, and the comfort of our stay. Horlina Homestay welcomed as with a free breakfast which at first I misunderstood that I breakfast was free for the entire stay. But it was clearly explained. We were also fetched by this unique motorcab from the airport. No additional fare asked. I was glad about that hospitality. Horlina is a home away from home that you can cook your own meals and store food and other provisions in the kitchen for free. The owner was also accommodating and friendly. They had also hot shower which is very good. Thank you for your hospitality! Thank you for bringing my parents to church during early masses.”
