“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it looked cozy and nice. There is a 7 eleven just crossing the street. We hire a taxi to the border from the hostel with a good price. We just stayed one night so we couldn't try the swimming pool :(. Baan Sakuna has a restaurant, free bikes, a bar and shared lounge in Chiang Khong. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.
“- environment: the scenery around the area is great. My backyard view was nice and the place is located off the road and off of the main road enough so that there is little noise. - food: dinner was delicious (although I expected to see some Thai options but there weren't any), though if you want to order fries I was told it takes 25 minutes in their air fryer. Breakfast is included and the eggs & toast were hearty and good. They even served sliced banana from bananas that come from their property. - comfort: the room was spacious, the A/C worked, the hot water was OK (could have been a bit hotter though), and the bed was good. - internet: the internet worked fine - check-out process: checking-out was quick and easy. The woman also bought me my Greenbus ticket ahead of time and all my expenses were lumped into a single payment.”
