“This is a peaceful, serene hotel with a beautiful zen like feel. I loved the light colours and high ceilings in the rooms and bathrooms and the hotel is beautifully laid out. The food was delicious ..breakfast, lunch and supper. The food is also presented beautifully. Many thanks to the employee of the month who ensured our room was clean and sparkling. One of the best aspects of the hotel are the staff, the waitresses and waiters, the room service staff and the front office staff. They are friendly, supportive and very professional. They have a can-do and caring attitude to their guests. Thank you to Thobekha especially - and Douglas , both at the front desk. What stands out for me is the superior management. Walter as manager and Liberty as deputy manager are fantastic. They do not sit back with their hands folded but are always on hand, working with their staff and customers to create a fantastic atmosphere. Many hotels could learn from Walter and Liberty.”
