  “Well presented nice Reception Area, very helpful staff too, however they did not speak any English! They use a Guide, on our arrival the Guide welcomed us and gave us all the basic info, also told us about his organised tours, so we paid for and went along with him on the next two days which was good value for money! We found him very helpful in many other ways, beyond his duties! We wish the staff could speak at least a little English just to get by!”
