We loved Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers for various reasons. First is the location, it was very good. Staff was very friendly, service with a smile here indeed! Facilities in the room were good too. Missing the big shower ! Really worth the money we paid and more !!

This luxurious hotel offers great dining. The 11th-floor leisure deck features a state-of-the-art gym and infinity pool with fantastic views of the Dubai skyline. The staffs were extremely polite, friendly and service minded . Place is one minute walking distance to restaurants and shops , close to beach. Hotel is very clean .

Ramah, at the reception desk, treated me very well, extremely accommodating and quick! Raj and the other staff also cleaned room nicely. The staff were all helpful with anything I needed. I came for a surgery, and it needed to stay longer. They were able to extend my stay as needed which I am thankful for. There are 2 grocery stores, salon, and pharmacy downstairs which saved me a lot of time and money. Also many other stores down the street. Enterprise drop off at a hotel in marina was amazing because I walked back to the hotel from the marina after drop off. Also you can walk to the marina faster than driving. There is a bridge that allows you to walk straight to the marina. Great view of the marina downtown

Location is great. It`s next to the metro. Dubai Marina Mall is close. The beach is also close. Communication with the owner was perfect. Everything in the apartment was as described. We even had things that we were not expected. It`s clean, it has all needed utensils, fast wi-fi, smart TV and a great balcony view.
