Everything - the reception staff were so helpful and accommodating I only stayed 1 night and (Pedro) at the reception went through everything with me he also offered me a 1pm check out which was so nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Food was good. Will defiantly be back.

Situated in Palm Jumeirah, Andaz Dubai The Palm – a concept by Hyatt features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. We stayed for a week at the hotel. It is perfectly located between the beach and a mall. There is an underground shortcut if you don't like walking in the scorching sun. We had a halfboard meal plan. For lunch there is an a la carte menu and for dinner buffet. The a la carte menu is not too big but for a week's stay it won't be repetitive. The same goes for the breakfast: plenty to choose from. The rooms were clean and everything was working fine. But the best part of this hotel was its staff. From kitchen to reception everyone was nice and eager to help. For this, I truly recommend this hotel.
