As soon as we entered our room we both felt very relaxed. The room was exceptionally clean. Well set out and spacious. It really was a delight.

We really like the design of the hotel apartment. Simple, spacious, great design with good amount of lights, skylight, and most importantly, the core value and tagline across the building and in the apartment. It definitely resonated with all of us, especially with the new world we are facing across the globe. Special thanks to the group of beautiful cleaning ladies. Very efficient ladies, did a wonderful jobs in cleaning up the place - very clean. Although we did very simple cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is super, walking distance to eateries and restaurant. Parking is secured. Honestly, if we go back to Launceston, we will definitely go back to Change Overnight

The bathroom and toilet are separated. The continental breakfast is good. The staff are kind and responsive. The recommended restaurant list is reliable, at least the restaurants with 2 “ticks”. We were upgraded to a triple room.
