In the heart of Como, just 5 minutes to the Swan River, this two-bedroom apartment features a garden courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, compact laundry, free WiFi, TVs and air-conditioning. The apartment is quiet, beautifully quiet. The host had a bowl of fruit, milk and other items in the fridge. The pantry was stocked with breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, condiments, biscuits. You could walk into this apartment with nothing and have a decent breakfast or smoko. The host did not encroach on our privacy but was friendly and warm. We enjoyed a cuppa together. I will definitely want to stay here again if I return to Perth.

Ideally situated overlooking the Swan River and only minutes from the Perth central business district, Broadwater Resort Apartments features private balconies or terraces perfect for meals with lovely... Convenient and easy access to the place. Just across the road, on the overhead bridge, u can catch the sunset. Very nice view. Clean bathroom, comfy beds. I liked there was a washer and dryer. Friendly front staff. Explained carefully to us during check in. Thank you! We extended our stay for another 2 nights.

Situated 150 metres from the Swan River, Windsor Lodge offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Great and safe location as a solo traveller for a 13 night stay in Perth. Very clean with super & always accommodating staff! Twin room with Q + S bed (level 1) - good room space/layout - accessible balcony with large sliding & screen doors to allow fresh airflow. Easy 300m walk up to IGA supermarket (open 24/7) which had a huge variety of fresh fruit/veg & prepared food options and the usual necessities.... as well as several coffee shops, a bakery, newsagent, bottle shop & other eateries in Preston Street. Did not have a car but was less than 350m walk to Transperth Bus stops for regular links to Perth Hockey Stadium/Curtin University for my commitments and also to South Perth shops/ferry/Zoo & to Elizabeth Quay & Perth Stations (city) for train & bus connections across Perth for sightseeing & social occasions. FYI only - Access to level 1 rooms is by approx 15 stairs & no lift .... Did not impact me & was OK on a daily access basis however was great that staff offered to assist with my luggage on arrival & departure.

Overlooking Perth’s famous Swan River, Pagoda Resort & Spa offers a choice of guest rooms and fully self contained apartments with views over the river, parkland or poolside gardens. When we arrived, it was obvious that the hotel had suffered a water leak. The manager was incredibly accommodating to us and to everyone I could see. Because of the water damage, television and the internet was out the first night. The television was out the second night as well. The manager, I believe, had done everything he could resolve things.
