Situated in Perth, 1.6 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Holiday Inn West Perth features air-conditioned accommodation and a fitness centre. We arrived at night and were very well received. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel restaurant offers simple Italian cuisine; the food is very delicious, and the portions are simply huge, with very polite staff as well. We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to a particular location we needed to be near, but we do not regret our choice at all.

Club Wyndham Perth, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is located in West Perth, just 10 minutes' drive from the city centre. It combines impressive architecture with stylish accommodation. Location in a quiet part of town with a free bus service into the city, a bus stop right outside the front door. Good sized room with comfortable bed, both shower and large jacuzzi. There were 3 or 4 good restaurants nearby, especially Joie the new French Cafe Bistrol round the corner. Also really liked the free bikes, both electric and non electric, available for guests' use, and the lovely park at the end of the road where you could ride them.

M5 West Perth Studio Apartment near Kings Park is situated in the West Perth district of Perth, 2.3 km from Perth Concert Hall, 2.7 km from Kings Park and 3.7 km from WACA. Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

Quest on Rheola is located in West Perth, only a 5-minute drive from Perth CBD. It is a short walk from Kings Park Botanical Gardens. The spacious two bedroom apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos; spotlessly clean, modern and new. The heaters worked well and we had nice, uninterrupted hot showers throughout our stay. We were provided with ample bath and hand towels, toiletries etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised that cleaning service was provided daily. Siti at front desk was friendly, helpful and exceedingly patient in assisting us with card payment issues upon arrival. We had a wonderful one week stay, thank you to the team at Quest on Rheola.
