Novotel Charleroi Centre is located in the city centre of Charleroi and connected to the Rive Gauche shopping mall. Really nice modern hotel in center of Charleroi . Good bicycle storage inside . Reception was very friendly. Spoke English which made conversation easier . Really nice room - 437 - with view of the square . Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to many restaurants. Their on-site restaurant was closed but we walked about 300m. to a nice restaurant called “The Huggy Burger” . Very nice breakfast in a comfortable area of the hotel .

He probably has a PHD in hospitality! lol! I honestly wanted to extend my holiday but his apartment was booked from the night I checked out. I am looking forward to recommend the apartment and I cant wait to book it again!
