The beds were heavenly, and the staff was very nice. Comfortable bathroom with Evelyn and Crabtree co. toiletries. Large free shuttle to the airport twice an hour. Very nice staff.

Room was spacious, very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Check in process was fast and efficient. Shuttle service was excellent, polite, friendly drivers, very reliable. Breakfast was great plus snacks in afternoon was a lovely bonus. Ideal out of town location, very easy to get downtown using the shuttle and the UP train from the airport.

It features an indoor pool and fitness centre. bus stop in 5 minutes. u can go to airport and than go to downtown. it’s take about 1 hour. and that will cost for u about 3$ (if u pay by presto card).

This hotel is located in Etobicoke, just a minute's drive from the Gardiner Expressway and the QEW. Downtown Toronto is 15 km away. The room inside was a pleasant surprise; it looked higher than it cost. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Thank you!

Crowne Plaza Hotel is 2 km from Pearson International Airport and 25 minutes' drive from Toronto. Very clean, friendly staff, wonderful selection for breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or gym but the facilities looked great! There’s a restaurant downstairs as well as chain restaurants like Jack Astor’s just a 5 minute walk away.
