Hotels in Sanlitun, Beijing

The Opposite House by Swire Hotels is one of four Houses in The House Collective. The service was terrific. From a cute complimentary mini bar to a little fruit and nut plate delivery upon arrival. I asked for a late check out and it was no problem. The location was incredible! Close to many shops and restaurants which made walking around fun. The bathtub was awesome!

CHAO is awarded as the Best Urban Lifestyle Hotel by Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2021. Design, quality, comfort, location. This is the best hotel in Beijing. They allowed a late checkout without any additional fees. Huge gym equipped with technogym.

Ideally located in the embassy area, Holiday Inn Express is around a 15-minute walk from the popular Sanlitun Bar Street. It provides modern rooms with free internet. I liked everything - breakfast was good, it had both Chinese and Global dishes (I usually go for oatmeal, toasts, coffee, fruit and something local, which was plenty). The rooms were quiet and well-equipped, all the essentials such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap etc were there. The hotel is conveniently located if you travel by texi (which is dirt cheap in Beijing via wechat app - just add your card) though it may feel as it is a bit far from the metro (but not too far). You can also walk to the hotel if you find yourself at Teekoolee mall (or something like that). Also, if you are taking one of those bus trips to the Great Wall, Dongzhi men station is where many of those start, so its 15-20mins walk from this hotel.

Standing on No. 1 of Sanlitun, InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun is centrally positioned in the edgy hub of modern Beijing. Loved the location, the cleanliness and the comfort. Daniel was most helpful at breakfast, couldn’t do enough. Also Tomas, King and Oscar were extremely helpful and polite.

Attractively set in Beijing, BEI Zhaolong Hotel, JdV by Hyatt features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Location is really good and cleaniness was also good

Boasting a large indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness centre, Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center is conveniently situated in Central Business District, close to many embassies. Everybody was extremely helpful and kind! The whole hotel is very very clean.

Atour X Hotel Beijing Sanlitun Agricultural Exhibition Hall features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Beijing. The hotel and rooms look nice. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is okay, but not great for touristing in my opinion.

Conrad Beijing is strategically located in the vibrant Chaoyang District with the Central Business District and Embassy District within walking distance. Top Notch Hotel. Amazing room, amazing position, amazing breakfast, amazing service, amazing staff (Vincent, the director of rooms was very very helpful). Highly recommended hotel in Beijing !
