Felt like we were staying at someone’s home and cared for very kindly! The location was great, walks in the neighbourhood brought us to wonderful nature. Lovely staff, local breakfast, the teas in the tea room were great as well! Fresh fruit at night! Hangzhou is a great place especially the nature outdoors! Seems like a fake review, but everything was excellent. Many thanks, we will be back.

Sitting in the northwest corner of the alluring West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake boasts views of traditional Chinese gardens from most units. The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

Accepting only Mainland Chinese citizens, Aventree Hotel is located in the Xihu district in Hangzhou, 2.6 km from Lingyin Temple and 5 km from Wushan Square. We really enjoyed our stay at Aventree and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, the food was delicious and the room was clean and quiet. It’s also very close to the tea plantation.

The location was superb. It was very serene. The most memorable afternoon stroll I've had was by the lake. Everything was great most especially the staff.
