Host is very sweet, she’s got every information you need in Hangzhou and would give you a detailed introduction. I like her voice that makes me at ease. Definitely recommend it.

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aventree and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, the food was delicious and the room was clean and quiet. It’s also very close to the tea plantation.
