My room was ready at 12:30 - very nice surprise, because check-in is after 14. Hotel restaurant where you can calmly eat some dinner for normal prices. Each member of the staff was ready to help with all questions and wishes. 45 minutes by walk to Volksparstadion.

The hotel was wonderful, the common areas were plenty, super clean, cozy and gave a very positive energy. WIFI worked splendidly everywhere within the hotel. The room was 10/10, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and all the utilities you may need. Location is also very good, the nearest bus station is 2 minutes away, it’s a very safe and quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful with any inquiries or questions I had. I will definitely go again.

The room was clean. Both shower and toilet are inside the room and in very good condition. There's enough space to store luggage and clothes. There's proper A/C in the room and good ventilation. The mains sockets are plentiful and near the bed. The free WiFi is totally usable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Extra points for the bar inside.

I was actually surprised with how well everything went. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check in early. The building is very modern and clean. The room is spacious, very comfortable, clean and has a kitchenette with all the utensils you might need, also comes with a fridge, a freezer and a coffee machine. The location is very close to the Reeperbahn and so you have everything around. definitely recommend

Parking fit my Jeep Wrangler 4 door enclosed in their parking garage. Close to the park, since our dog traveled with us. Close to public transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. Cleaning ladies were regularly coming and changing towels, arranging sheets etc. The heating was good - you just always need to turn it on yourself. The location is cool - there's a train station nearby, supermarket and fast food places.
