The staff were wonderful. The reception was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting and booking restaurants and day trips.

This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. The hotel was very nice and quiet. They also offered a very nice inexpensive breakfast. The location was perfect in Casco Viejo- close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and walking distance to train station and Guggenheim museum.

The women at the front desk were excellent and super helpful. The staff at breakfast were also terrific.

Amazingly helpful staff with local insights and knowledge about what to do, where to go and what to eat. Front desk staff, Victor and Nadia were lovely and very helpful.

The bedrooms comfortable. And the location was really convenient. Would absolutely stay again on a return trip to Bilbao.
